Screw Caps vs Corks!

Let’s settle this once and for all!

Just because a wine has a screw cap, does NOT mean it’s not a high quality wine! In fact, some people say a screw cap is more reliable than a cork! 

So why do people still use corks?

1. It’s tradition! And far more romantic to pop the cork at the dinner table than unscrew a bottle. 
2. Corks are recyclable! 
   
3. It costs a lot of money to set up the system needed to put screw caps on your bottle rather than corks.
