Whether you're celebrating something special or just looking for something fun to do, a Private Wine Tasting is the perfect activity! During the tasting I'll teach you everything you want to know about wine in a relaxed, fun environment! I'll walk you through the wine tasting process while we learn the story behind each wine. We'll taste, we'll learn, and most importantly: we'll have lots of fun!

How it Works

Step 1: Book

Click ‘Book Now’ above. Book a time that works best for you and answer the questions provided at booking regarding your specific preferences.

Step 2: Buy Wine

Depending on what budget you're working with, I'll send you a list of wines to purchase over email. Store options include Trader Joe's, Total Wine, and Crunchy Red Fruit.

Step 3: Sip!

On our scheduled tasting date, I will arrive at the agreed upon location with glassware and other tasting materials. Please note, I will arrive 20 min. prior to start for set up.

Have you ever watched someone open a bottle of Champagne using a saber and thought...that's fricken cool?

Well now YOU can be THAT COOL!

Simply buy an extra bottle of sparkling wine for your tasting ($5 Cava is perfect) and I'll bring my saber and teach you how to open the bottle with it. 

This fun addition is available for any private tasting at no extra cost! Just note on the tasting form when you're signing up that you want to try this experience!

Custom Wine Tasting Placemats
Each of my tastings comes with free wine tasting guides and tasting placemats for your entire group. To make the event even more memorable, you can customize the wine tasting placemats to fit your theme! Choose the colors and get a custom designed logo for any party or occasion!

Charcuterie Boards
There aren't too many pairings better than wine & cheese! That's why I couldn't be more excited to be partnering with local Charcuterie businesses. All boards comes with crackers, artisan cheeses, charcuterie, dried/fresh fruits and accoutrements.

FAQ

Do the Wines come with the Tasting?
The wines do *not* come with the tasting. You will need to purchase them separately. But don't worry! I'll provide a shopping list based on your budget with specific wines to buy and can help you out with bottle counts. I can also pick up the pre-purchased wines and bring them to the tasting for a separate fee.
Can I request specific wines?
Of course! If you'd like to choose your own wines rather than using those from my list, you can do so. However, please note that there will be an additional $50 charge for customization of wine selection. 
Do I need to have enough glassware for my entire group?
​Not at all! For each tasting, Cork & Fizz will provide enough glassware for each guest to experience the tasting with 3 separate glasses (one for each wine). All glassware is properly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. Please note at booking if you would like to provide your own glassware.
Can I host a tasting outside of Seattle?
As long as you're within the general Seattle metropolitan area, yes! However, please note that there is an additional mileage fees will apply. Please contact me directly at [email protected] before booking!
Can I book a Private Wine Tasting for a group larger than 20 people?
Yes. Please contact me directly at [email protected] to set up a private tasting for more than 20 people.
